As one of the eminent regional Executive Search firms, we are committed to finding the most qualified and talented info-security expertise for our clients. To that end, we offer all candidates the ability to submit their curriculum vitae.
Via our Career Center, candidates will be able to share their experiences with us so we can accurately assess their talents and skill set to appropriately match them with leading organizations.
For Candidates
Like our clients, we are committed to finding the ideal candidate for the required position. We conduct extensive searches using our own candidate databases and other sources. We do not shop candidate biodata or CVs. FIRMUS professionals adhere to a strict code of ethics for both clients and candidates.
Together with our clients we determine search parameters, including those sources considered off-limits for a particular assignment. We keep information in the strictest confidence and do not divulge anything without proper consent.
To submit your personal profile and current CV with FIRMUS, please e-mail to recruit@firmussec.com. Should the proper opportunity arise to present you to one of our clients, we will contact you.
You can also send your CV directly to the office in the country or city where you either work or would like to explore opportunities. This will provide the fastest response in the event we have an opportunity for which you are qualified.
Code of Ethics
Our ethics are a critical building block of our business. Our own success is based on adherence to the highest ethical standards: long-term client relationships, the ability to identify top candidates for our clients, and the high-quality professional development of FIRMUS professionals. Protecting the confidentiality and interests of the client and of candidates is, of course, of utmost importance.
FIRMUS believes in equal opportunity for all, regardless of gender, race, ethnic origin, religion, handicap or sexual orientation. The staffing policies and practices of FIRMUS for our organization, our clients and candidates are fully non-discriminatory.
